We believe this website conforms with the DTD for XHTML 1.0 (Transitional). It has been tested with:

- Opera (versions 8.4 and 9.0)
Both PHP and JavaScript are used. However, if JavaScript is disabled the site is still usable
though some features may work differently. (This page, for example, uses JavaScript to make the
buttons change when the mouse passes over them.)
The site will also function with cookies disabled.
